Wireless Power Transfer-Based Energy-Balanced Routing Algorithm for Internet of Things

  • In this paper,the researchers present an energy-balanced routing algorithm based on wireless power transfer(WPTRA).Combined with the traditional routing protocols,this algorithm uses the cluster head selection strategy based on residual energy level.In data transfer phase,when the energy of the nodes is below the pre-set value TEMIN,the nodes will choose the higher energy node nearby,according to the relationship between energy transmission efficiency and distance.Then,the nodes can get refueled from higher energy nodes by wireless power transfer technology.
