Design of Reconfigurable Testbed of Internet of Vehicles

  • In order to check the robustness of application and protocols against node failures or addition of new nodes,a reconfigurable testbed of internet of vehicles which includes vehicle terminal,road side node and remote terminal computer is designed. Vehicle terminal includes supernode, Telosb sensor node and RFID reader card module.Road side node includes supernode and RFID reader card module. The communication between vehicle terminal and road side node is achieved by RFID,the communication between road side node and remote terminal computer is achieved by local area network.The wireless sensor network of vehicle terminal is based on Twist which can easily change topological structure,so the testbed is reconfigurable.After the system command response time delay test,the test platform can change topological structure within the range of acceptable delay time.
