The Verification Platform for RFID Tag Chip

  • The command and format of its frame of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag chip are various which increase the verification complexity and make the verification sufficiency hard to ensure. In this paper, we present an object oriented functional verification platform based on coverage and constrained random stimulus to verify efficiently and solve the sufficiency of the verification of RFID tag chip, This platform can verify a single command as well as directed and random scenarios, and check the verification output automatically. Practice shows that adopting this verification platform greatly enhances the verification productivity, and ensures the function of the chip after tape-out.
