The Filtering Algorithm for Mixed Noise Based on Grid Division

This paper presented an algorithm of removing mixed noise based on grid division. The algorithm define edge grid based on grid division. When all mixed noise positioned at the grid, the algorithm use two different methods to deal with edge grid and non edge grid. Experimental results show the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing algorithms in suppress mixed noise effectively and preserve the image details. At the same time, the algorithm has good effect in filtering single noise.
