Implementation of Security System for 3G USIM Card
A encrypt system with 128 bit AES and 1024 bit RSA is introduced either for the encrypt speed or security for communication.The system is implemented by SMIC 0.18μm mix signal process.The result shows AES and RSA in USIM card achieve considerable performance with optimized area compared with other products, which is propitious to security application for USIM card.
