The Key Technology Research of 2.45 GHz RFID Tag Design and Implementation
In this paper we propose a passive RFID transponder operating in the 2.45 GHz.The realization of the analog part including voltage multiplier、voltage limiter、demodulator、power on reset、voltage regulator、osccilator are given.At last we show the load current of every block,and the whole load current is 2.3 μA.This chansponder is fabricated in a hejian 0.18 COMS mix_signal technology.
