An EEPROM Circuit for Analog Trim

A new EEPROM circuit for analog trim is proposed.Comparing with the traditional double-gate EEPROM structure, the new EEPROM structure is not only with standard CMOS processes but also has low cost and high yield.When used in the voltage reference circuit, this circuit can achieve a voltage range about±4.82%, and a precision about 4mV.This circuit also can be widely used in the high precious required circuits.
