A Deterministic Small-world Model and Algorithm of Memory Network

In order to gain a visual understanding on the shape and evolution of brain functional memory network, we present a simulation on memory process in deterministic way based on the complex network.The small-world memory network generated by construct algorithm where the data structure was set, the node and edge of memory was Abstracted and the connection mechanism was selected according with the anatomical substrate and functional characters of memory.Moreover, the retrieval algorithm satisfied the memory characters.The theoretical analysis and the simulation results confirmed that the deterministic model is feasible to brain functional memory network.
