A Research of Network-on-Chip Routers Test

In this paper, we first analyse the structure of NoC routers and build the fault model of the NoC routers.For this fault model and conbining BIST (built-in self-test), we put forward a method to find the best path for test vector transmission based on quantum genetic algorithm.The algorithm has fast convergence rate and high accuracy.Finally, the test fault coverage and test time analysis shows that this test method has a high fault coverage, smaller test time when compared with other test method.
