Solving Scheduling Problem of Cloud Computing by Discrete PSO with Simulate Anneal Algorithm

This thesis will propose a modified discrete PSO with simulate anneal algorithm to solve the scheduling problem of cloud computing and to minimize the general cost,at the last,we provide experiments for proving the algorithm feasibility and efficiency.
