Virtual Machine Resource Allocation Strategies Based on Fault-tolerant QoS in Cloud Computing

In order to improve the reliability of virtual machines and the success rate of user's requests in cloud environment, this paper proposes to build the cloud computing platform based on the open source framework cloudsim.Three strategies including fault-tolerant QoS, randomly allocation and sequentially allocation are presented and compared.Empirical results show that the resource allocation policy of fault-tolerant QoS outperforms the other policies.
