A Kind of Short-circuit Protection Circuits Based on UC1843 PWM

Based on the theory of hiccups,this article proposed a kind of short-circuit protection circuits controlled by UC1843,and the principle was analyzed.For the short-circuit turn-off losses varies with the temperature,the improved protection circuits was proposed.Experiments results verified that the improved protection circuits can solve the problem that the short-circuit turn-off losses varies with the temperature,also can turn off with low power losses and can recover the short-circuit.
