Design and Simulate of an Intermediate Transcoding Model Based on XML

  • The development of WAP needs to transcode HTML pages into WML pages.As the meta-language of markup language,XML can be used to solve the transcoding problem as the form of intermediate conversion by using the flexibility of it.Firstly,it completes the transcoding work from HTML pages to XML pages,and then completes the transcoding work from XML pages to WML pages.It achieves the whole transcoding from HTML pages to WML pages via the bridge of XML.Finally,it is proved that the intermediate transcoding model have more accuracy and higher efficiency than other algorithm through experiment.
