High Match Phase Shift Network Based on Feedback

A 1 stage polyphase shift network is designed.The MIM capacitor replacing the MOS capacitor is used for coupling the signal and relieves periodical variation and loading effect as the MOS capacitor does.Stimulation shows the proposed circuit keeps low mismatch and steady output within 20% fabrication variation.Amplitude mismatch is less than 4% from 2.4 GHz to 4.6 GHz.
