Improved Fair Media Access Algorithm Based Wireless Ad-Hoc Networks

  • Provided a new design AFMAS extends the work of FMAS. The new algorithm use one set to record the source node who send the dates so that can avoid repetitively compute the time which nodes cost.And it can more accurately estimate the ratio of local station throughput with other nodes, and to adjust contention window by the reference nodes. Simulation results show that the AFMAS algorithm get better fairness and the throughput gets improved.
