Research on the SEFI TEST System of SpaceWi re Router

With the wide use of VLSI in spacecrafts,the anti-radiation ability has become a key factor that influences the safety of spacecrafts working in space.Thus,it is important to evaluate the anti-radiation ability of circuits effectively.This paper developed a test system for single event function interrupt (SEFI) of some home spacewire router according to its operational principle.The system has been evaluated and applied of the anti-radiation ability for the spacewire router.
