Research on Component-Based Software Reliability Based on Agile Development

The incremental iteration process based on component in agile development was analyzed, a method of reliability analysis was proposed which combining the collective rate of defects and adequacy of test cases. In the method, the project based on component in agile development was divided into different functional components, the relibility point of each component in per iteration was estimated, the reliability of software system was gained when iteration was end. Finally, the example of application for the method was explained.
