Design of Charge Pump For H-Bridge Power Driver Circuit

  • A charge pump for H-Bridge power driver circuit was proposed in this paper.In order to simplify the circuit complexity and ensure stability,the proposed charge pump is based on voltage doubling charge pump circuit topology,by adding two feedback control loop to precisely control the output voltage and the charging current of the charge pump.Used 0.35 μm BCD process model,the cadence spectre emulator show that charge pump is working properly on 5 mA load current condition.The output voltage range is wide (from 10 V to 40 V),the highest power efficiency reached 91%,settling time of the output voltage is 579 μs.And the test results show that the ripple of output voltage is below 385 mV.
