Design and Implement of the Packet-Circuit Switching Router on Chip

As to NoC design, router on chip is very important because it directly impacts the performance of the whole NoC system.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of packet switching and circuit switching, this paper proposes a router on chip based on packet-circuit switching, which has low resource consumption and high-performance, namely packet-circuit switching router.
