Abstract

Multiple Slow Start TCP is a set of TCP variants which can fit the High-Speed Network well.Firstly we analyze the theory of Multiple Slow Start TCP,and then we particularize several Multiple Slow Start TCP variants proposed recently.At last we give a perspective of the development of Multiple Slow Start TCP.
