An Effective Multi-touch Recognition and Detection Algorithm

In this paper,primarily,the infrared images captured by FTIR system are pre-processed.The image of foreground and background are segmented by OTSU's method with a coefficient.Scan area filling method is adopted to recognize the multi-contact area. The result shows that the performance of the system fully meets the requirements of real time and accuracy.
