A On-chip Power-supply Circuit with Very-low Power Consumption

  • Basing on analyzing the requirements to power supply circuits which the digital control-circuits of wireless digital products expect, this paper proposes one circuit that can meet these requirements all.This power supply circuit can provide a steady output voltage under the normal-working mode of the whole system, and provide a very weak current under the standby mode.In this way, the power supply circuit can ensure the control-circuit′s normal working under the normal working mode, and the ultra-low power consumption under standby mode.
