Unequal Clustering Routing Protocol Based on the Sector in Wireless Sensor Network

In clustering and multi-hop routing protocol which used in wireless sensor network,the cluster heads that close to the base station are easy to dead.To address the problem,this paper propose an Energy-Balancing Unequal Clustering Routing Protocol Based on the Sector (EBUCBS). Every node in a curved square form a cluster.When they communicate, cluster heads transfer the information to the base station along the direction of the sector in multi-hop. The experimental results show that EBUCBS protocol is better than LEACH protocol and EEUC protocol in prolonging the life of the wireless sensor network.
