Research on Load Balancing Based on Cloud Computing

To the problem of traditional genetic Algorithm to local solution,this paper proposes a improved cellular genetic algorithm and applys to the load balancing under cloud computing.Under the cloud environment,because of the large amount of request,some servers get overloaded,but others are free,takes use of this algorithm to search for a way to improve servers utilization.Taking the experiment under the Cloudsim3.0,the results shows that this algorithm can improve servers utilization and reduce the whoe makespan.
