Mobility Management Mechanism of Mobile Grid

Based on overlay network architecture, layered overlay-based mobility management mechanism (LOMM) is proposed in this paper.When mobile node joins or moves in network, it registers and updates its dynamic location information to kernel overlay network which is consists of fixed nodes.Communication nodes can resolve current location of mobile node through structured routing of kernel overlay network.Finally, the performance of mobility management mechanisim is verified by theoretical analysis and simulation.
