Hardware Trojan Detection Based on Euclidian Distance of PCA on Side-channel

  • In order to solve the hardware trojan problem in the integrated circuits, a new model of hardware trojan detection is proposed in this paper based on the side channel analysis.The new model uses the Euclidian distance classsification method to achieve the detection of hardware trojan,after getting the reduction of dimensionality by PCA on side-channel.Finally the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm was validated on power side-channel.
