A Study of ATPG Based on LUT Technology

As the science and technology especially the semiconductor and communications technology developing rapidly, the designs based on FPGA technology are adopted much wider and becomes applicable for large system. Large system brings complex designs; the verification of FPGA design occupies larger part of the whole system development. So in this paper, by studying the ATPG technology and the ATALANTA, an open-source ATPG solver, we introduce a new LUT based ATPG method that has been implemented by extend ATALANTA with many new features. The case study in this paper shows the feasibility of our method.
