Study and Improvement of a Chaotic Image Encryption Algorithm

A new image encryption algorithm is presented and improved based on chaotic sequence.At first, the chaotic sequences are generated by Logistic chaotic map.Then the image is encrypted combining the method of grey value substituting and position shuffling.The results of experiment simulation and performance analysis show that the algorithm is valid and has good performance.
