Design of Wideband Low Noise Amplifier Based on Noise-Canceling Technique

  • A wideband low noise amplifier(LNA) based on Noise-Canceling technique is presented in this paper.The LNA is designed for DMB-T/H Digital TV tuner based on 0.18 μm CMOS process.Noise-Canceling technique is analyzed in detail and the design flow of LNA is presented.The simulation results show that in the range of 48~862 MHz,input reflection and output reflection are less than -20 dB,the noise figure is lower than 3 dB,and the voltage gain is higher than 17 dB.The input-referred 1 dB compression point is -6 dBm.The circuit consumes 10.8mW with a 1.8V power supply.
