Design of Integral Current Observer for Boost Converter

  • 摘要: 为了解决传统电流模式控制中电流传感器增加系统成本和体积的问题, 提出一种积分电流观测器.首先介绍了基于积分电流观测器的电流模式控制的Boost变换器系统结构, 分析电感电流的变化规律和推导占空比算法.然后基于电感电流的变化规律, 提出积分电流观测器.最后分别通过仿真和实验对提出的电流观测器进行验证, 实验结果表明, 积分电流观测器估算的电流与实际电感电流的误差都在4.375%以内, 且在输入电压与负载跳变时, 观测电流可以快速准确估算出实际电感电流.

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the current sensor increases the system cost and volume in the traditional current mode control, an integrated current observer is proposed. Firstly, the structure of Boost converter system based on current mode control with integral current observer is introduced. The variation law of inductor current is analyzed and the duty cycle algorithm is derived. Then based on the variation law of the inductor current, an integrated current observer is proposed. Finally, the proposed current observer is verified by simulation and experiment, the experimental results show that the error between the current estimated by the integrated current observer and the actual inductor current is within 4.375%, and the observed current can quickly and accurately estimate the actual inductance current when the input voltage and load change.
