Improved Frequency Estimator with Low SNR Threshold

  • 摘要: 在高斯白噪声环境下,本文提出一种新的单频信号频率估计方法。首先将采样数据分成M 段,每段K个数据点,然后对各段数据进行相加实现平均滤波,最后利用Kay频率估计器中相位差分的方法得到单频信号的频率估计值。该频率估计器具有较低的计算复杂度和更低的信噪比阈值,其值为6-20log(K)dB。

     

    Abstract: A novel methodology for frequency estimation of a single complex sinusoid in complexadditive white Gaussian noise is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the sampled data is divided into M segments and each segment has K data points, then,taking the average ltering for each segment,finally,we utilize different methods to estimate the frequency of received signal,which is similar to the Kay's estimator.Consequently,the results of simulation indicated that the proposed method has lower computational complexity and lower SNR threshold that is 6-20log(K)dB.
