Hide Large Size Files Based on Flash Memory's Bad Block Table

  • 摘要: 为了在特殊情况下快速隐藏在闪存上的大粒度文件并在合适的时机恢复,利用闪存坏块表的存储特性进行文件的隐藏与恢复.设计一种基于闪存的文件系统,根据文件名定位到闪存上的若干个块,然后记录这些块号以便恢复数据,标示为坏块并更改坏块表中对应的项,以此实现文件的隐藏.仿真计算表明,该方法比文件加密法具有更快的速度.

     

    Abstract: In order to quickly hide large size files in a flash memory under special circumstances and recover it at the appropriate time, storage characteristics of flash memory bad block table are used to hide and recover files. A file system based on flash memory is designed, the blocks of flash memory are located on according to these block's number are recorded to recover data, bad blocks are marked and hide the file. Simulation results show that, this method gets a better speed than file encryption method.
