基于拓扑防误规则与操作指令的刀闸初始状态校核模型

The initial state checking model of knife switch based on topology error prevention rule and operation instruction

  • 摘要: 正确操作电力设备是电网运行安全的重要保障。当设备操作失误时,会出现一系列安全事故。研究基于拓扑防误规则与操作指令的刀闸初始状态校核模型设计方法。 在多维关系中以拓扑防误规则为基础,描述电力系统中设备的相关联系,建立操作指令推演知识库。通过调度规则联系操作指令,考虑开闸节点与区间的位置关系,生成刀闸初始状态的操作指令票。基于操作指令对应刀闸开关状态,构建校核模型判断刀闸执行情况。实验结果表明:本文模型的指令校核时间不超过0.25 s,且校核的准确率大于99.7%。对刀闸操作指令的出票时间可以控制在0.8 s之内,操作票的可用率大于99.5%,提高了出票效率,并增强了电网运行的安全保障。

     

    Abstract: Correct operation of power equipment is an important guarantee for the safety of power grid operation. When the equipment operation is wrong, a series of safety accidents will occur. The design method of the initial state checking model of the knife switch based on the topology anti-error rules and operation instructions is studied. Based on the anti-error rule of topology in multi-dimension relation, the related relation of equipment in power system is described, and the knowledge base of operation instruction deduction is established. The operation instruction ticket of the initial state of the switch is generated by considering the position relationship between the switch node and the interval through scheduling rules. Based on the operation instructions corresponding to the switch state, the check model is built to judge the implementation of the switch. The experimental results show that the instruction checking time of the model in this paper is less than 0.25 s, and the checking accuracy is greater than 99.7%. The issuing time of the knife switch operation command can be controlled within 0.8 s, and the availability of the operation ticket is greater than 99.5%, which has practical effect.
