一种上电导通型智能配电安全开关电路技术研究

A research on the technology of normally-on intelligent power distribution safty switch

  • 摘要: 目前大多数固态功率控制器(Solid State Power Controller,SSPC)为开关控制型,默认形式为开关断开模式,功率电源和偏置电源上电后通过输入信号控制开关的导通和关断. 设计了一种上电导通型智能配电安全开关电路,功率电源上电过程中开关导通,并且在无偏置电源的情况下具备过流保护功能. 偏置电源加电后,可通过输入控制信号对开关进行关断、导通控制,同时,电路具备开关状态、保护状态的隔离输出监测. 该电路可作为执行开关应用于智能配电系统中,解决了传统固态控制器无法在偏置电源未上电情况下保证功率侧常通的问题,完全兼容熔断器的特性,并且通过采用脉冲控制模式降低了对系统控制部分的功耗要求.

     

    Abstract: At present, most Solid State Power Controller (SSPC) is controlled by switch, the default form is switch off mode which control the circuit on and off by the input signal after power and bias power supply. This paper designs a type of normally-on intelligent power safety switch by the power supply, which has protection function whithout bias power supply. After bias power working, it can control the switch off and on through the input signal. At the same time, the circuit possesses the switch and protection state by isolated output monitoring. The circuit can be used as an executive switch in intelligent distribution system. It can solve the problem that traditional SSPC cannot ensure the power side always work whithout bias power supply. The circuit is fully compatible with the characteristics of fuses, and reduces the power consumption requirements of the system control section by using pulse control mode.
