基于特征点精度提纯的图像配准改进算法

The Improved Algorithm of Image Registration Based on Feature Point Accuracy Purification

  • 摘要: 由于飞机抖动、噪声等不期望因素的存在, 图像配准不能准确将背景一致化.针对上述问题, 提出了特征点精度提纯的图像配准方法.在角点提取部分, 通过控制特征点的数量和准确度降低角点冗余度; 在角点匹配部分, 通过去除匹配误差较大的点去除错误匹配点对; 并结合分辨率的高斯金字塔降低算法复杂度.实验结果证明基于特征点精度提纯的图像配准改进算法比未进行特征点提纯的配准方法有更好的效果, 且计算量降低到原来的28%左右.

     

    Abstract: Due to aircraft vibrating, noise and other undesirable factors, image registration can't make the background consistent precisely. To solve this problem, this paper presents a method with feature point accuracy purification for image registration. In the corner extraction part, it lowers corner redundancy by controlling the amount and accuracy of the feature point; and in the corner matching part, it remove false matching points by removing the points with larger matching error. Furthermore, establish the Gaussian pyramid about resolution for the sake of reducing algorithm complexity. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm of image registration based on the feature point accuracy purification has better results than that without purification of the feature point, and the calculated amount is reduced to about 28% of the original.
