Abstract: This paper starts from the construction of knowledge base in the field of microbiology, study the domain knowledge dictionary construction algorithm, and implement semantic retrieval function on this basis. We designed and implemented a knowledge retrieval system and analyzed the recall and precision of the system. The results showed that compared with the keyword-based retrieval, semantic retrieval based on the knowledge base improved the recall of 72% and 5% in precision.
