Algorithm for Locating Nodes in WSN Based on Modifying Hops and Hopping Distances

  • 摘要: 针对DV-HOP算法定位精度不高、对网络拓扑要求较高的缺点,提出一种新的改进算法,主要做了以下三个方面的工作:利用基于测距的RSSI方法对跳数信息进行调整;通过剔除远距离的信标节点从而减少了因路径上跳数过多所造成的误差积累;通过加权处理各信标节点的平均跳距来得到定位节点平均跳距.仿真结果表明,在不增加额外硬件开销的前提下,算法的定位精度有了明显提高,是一种可行的无线传感器节点定位解决方案.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the poor positioning accuracy and the higher requirements for network topology of DV-HOP algorithm,nodes,an improved DV-HOP algorithm is proposed, mainly in the following three aspects:The ranging based RSSI method were used to adjust the number of hops; By removing the remote beacon node we can reduce the accumulation of errors caused by the excessive number of hops on one routine; Based on the method of weighting processing hop-distance of each beacon node, the estimated average hop-distance which upon location information will be improved. Simulation results show that the positioning accuracy of the algorithm has been significantly improved without additional hardware overhead. It is a feasible node localization solutions of wireless sensor network.
