  • 摘要: 为了加强航天并行研制型号项目的管理水平, 完成了多项目一体化管控平台的建设和应用, 内容涵盖计划管理、进度管理、资源管理和风险管理四个项目管理基本要素.通过多项目一体化管控平台的应用, 为航天企业的多项目管理提供了高效的信息化手段, 显著提升了多型号研制计划全周期管理水平和关键资源统筹配置能力, 对项目进度的管控和风险的监测预警提供了量化手段, 为项目管理者进行决策提供有效的数据支撑和方法保障, 推进了科研生产综合管理模式的变革.

     

    Abstract: To enhance the parallel development model project management, a multi-project integrated management and control platform is constructed for application. This platform covers the four basic elements of project management: plan management, schedule management, resource management and risk management. The multi-project integrated management and control platform provides efficient information method for aerospace enterprises' multi-project management and enhances the multi-model development plan full-cycle management level and key resources co-ordination ability significantly. It provides quantitative method for the control of project schedule and the monitoring and warning of risks. For policymakers, it provides effective data support and method of protection Therefore, the transformation of scientific research and production integrated management mode is promoted significantly.
