Unmanned system swarm intelligence and its research progresses

  • 摘要: 群体智能是人工智能的重要发展方向之一.无人系统群体智能作为人工群体智能的主要形态之一,在许多军用和民用领域都具有广阔且重要的应用前景,同时在基础理论方法、核心技术与系统构建等方面也面临诸多研究挑战.本文在在阐述群体智能的基本概念并对其进行合理分类基础上,分析无人群体智能的自组织、自适应、自学习和自涌现特征,从仿生群体智能机理和典型无人群体智能系统实例两方面论述当前无人系统群体智能研究现状,并从仿生机理、驱动模式、研发方式和系统实践四方面全面地总结无人系统群体智能研究特点.在此基础上,从理论方法、核心技术与系统构建三方面循序渐进、系统地梳理和凝练无人系统群体智能及其系统需要持续深化的主要研究方向,期望对相关研究者有所借鉴.

     

    Abstract: Swarm intelligence is one of the important development directions of artificial intelligence. As one of the main forms of artificial swarm intelligence, unmanned system swarm intelligence has wide and important application prospects in many military and civilian fields. At the same time, it faces many challenges of basic theories and methods, core technologies and system construction. This paper firstly expounds the basic concept of swarm intelligence and presents a reasonable classification, and then analyzes its several main characteristics including self-organization, self-adaption, self-learning as well as self-emergence, discusses its current research status from two aspects including bionic swarm intelligence mechanism and classical unmanned swarm intelligence system instances, and fully summarizes its research characteristics according to four aspects including bionic mechanism, driving mode, research and development mode as well as system practice. Furthermore, this paper gradually and systematically combs and condenses the main research directions worthy of continuous deepening from three aspects including theories and methods, core technologies and system construction for unmanned system swarm intelligence and its systems, which hopes to be used for reference to relevant researchers.
